When the IndeeHub container's own index.html already bundles
nostr-provider.js, the managed nginx patch no longer injects a sub_filter
provider and strips any existing one, staying idempotent either way; the
provider cache-bust marker moves to tab-signer-v5. The rental request API
now accepts an explicit boolean renewExpired choice, validates it, and
forwards it to the dashboard bridge, with a focused provider regression.

The scanner credits every installed app to Archipelago, whatever metadata.author its manifest declares. apply_manifest_value already reads icon, tier and licence from metadata; this reads author too, keeping the scanner's default when none is declared. One test added; docker_packages tests pass (27/27).
The scanner gives every installed app author "Archipelago", and the
app details sidebar shows it, so an app whose manifest declares
metadata.author (Wildbloom: ForgeSworn) is credited to the node OS.
apply_manifest_value already reads icon, tier and licence from the
manifest's metadata; it now reads author too. Without one the scanner's
default stays.
Reviewed proposal acd65f3c (pr/gashboard), exact head 4e167cbcf8. Preserve current catalogs including DATUM and normalize new app memory limit to supported 512m.
Validation: all six focused API security/persistence tests, API TypeScript check and strict release catalog drift pass. No real chat/member changes, miner shares, payout operations, node restart or publication performed by this integration.
