Supersedes the unpublished v1.7.107. Covers the multi-anchor FIPS fix, WiFi
self-heal, mesh fast-rejoin, kiosk TV-scaling, kiosk dark theme / VT hints /
UTF-8 logo / power-button hardening, and the ISO build fixes.
