The re-verification required either a fix or an accountable stakeholder decision. Plan 02-11 fixed four of five measurable surfaces. 02-12 isolated Discover's remainder to the card-stagger entrance animation replaying on every revisit; the only fix changes animation behavior, which Dorian rules off-limits as his domain.
